Colossians 3:6-7

Because of these, the wrath of God is coming. You used to walk in these ways, in the life you once lived.    Colossians 3:6-7

One thing I find helpful is to look for any patterns or similarities in the verses. I notice that in verse 6 (the first sentence), there are two “of” phrases.

Because  of   these,

The wrath  of   God is coming. 

In verse 7, I see two places where words that start with the same letter show up. 

You used to walk in these ways,

In the life you once lived. 

Any similarities you notice will help you remember better.
