Glimpse is planning an awesome overnight-retreat here at KCC for all Glimpse Students & their friends (7th-12th grade). The “lock-in” will start at 5:00pm on Thursday, October 21, and go through Friday, October 22, at 3:30pm. There will be an incredible time of worship, food, and games. Plus Annandale paintball on Friday 12:00-3:00pm. Cost (for everything,

including meals, snacks, and paintball) is $30. Register through the Glimpse FB page.

KCC is invited to pack meals for hungry children, around the world, at Feed My Starving Children on Saturday, October 30, from 4:30-6:15pm, in Coon Rapids. An RSVP is required...do so here. Michelle H. is the group leader from KCC, holding 30 spots. Help turn hunger into hope with your own two hands.

Operation Christmas Child (OCC) is a ministry of Samaritan's Purse. It brings opportunity for the Good News of Jesus Christ to spread through the giving of Christmas gifts around the world. We pack the Christmas gifts and they distribute them to pastors who use the opportunity to invite every child and their family to follow Christ. Gospel booklets are also included with these gifts. If you choose to pack an OCC shoebox, we provide the shoeboxes, labels, and shopping guides for you and your family to do so at home--see the booth in the church foyer. The deadline to return them by is Sunday, November 14.

In honor of our  recent celebration of our 150th anniversary as a church, we’ve published a cookbook for our congregation and community to enjoy. Our “Flourishing Families Cookbook” hosts recipes from the Kimball Christian Church family—favorites from those gone before us and those surrounding us today. Cookbooks are available in the foyer, “self-serve”.

As a church--Sunday, November 21, at 5:00pm, we will gather to give thanks to God for what He has done and share in a harvest dinner together. Please bring a side dish to share. Turkey, rolls, and beverages provided.

Save the date--December 5--at 4:30pm. This annual fundraiser has been a blessing to many families at Christmas and throughout the year. Join us for our Benevolent Auction. If you have items to donate for auction, please bring them to the church on or before December 5. New handmade, or freshly baked items are needed. Donations raise money for local families in need. For those who are attending, come as early as 4:30pm to preview the items for auction. Bidding begins at 5:00pm. This wonderful fundraiser is always fun for those who can attend.

We wouldn't be able to have the "Winter Event of the Year" without our volunteers. Snofeast is February 18-19, 2022. It's a weekend for jr and sr high students. Volunteers make this event great for the students. Link here to sign up. We'll place you according to your gifts and schedule. Thank you, in advance, for being a part of our serving team!

KCC is committed to advancing the Gospel through good stewardship of the resources God provides. Through continual prayer and congregational support, we have chosen to add nearly 10,000 sq. ft. to provide more space for current programming and allow us to increase the ministry we can provide to our community.
