Our church is associated with Pine Haven Christian Assembly in Park Rapids, a camp for family, youth, and adults. For years, we have carpooled up to Pine Haven and everyone has had a blast! It's a great time--"where camp and Christ go together."

Pine Haven Christian Assembly sprung out of the vision for a Christian camp that would help young people grow in their faith and inspire them to full-time Christian service. Since that first week of high school camp in July of 1941, Pine Haven has expanded their programs to serve campers of all ages. Land and facilities have expanded over the years as well. Regardless of the physical changes, Pine Haven has been faithful to its purpose of proclaiming the Gospel message of Jesus Christ through quality programming and continues to be a vital part of faith formation for many young people.

Summer Camps

Sunday Mornings, 9:15-10:15 a.m.

Join us each Sunday as we help kids wonder and discover God through His Word!

Toddlers & Preschoolers (age 0-4):
Class begins in the Nursery Room on the Upper Level.

We want to help kids this age find wonder in God’s amazing character and to know how big God and His love is.

Elementary Kids (K-6th graders):
We want them to discover more about who God is, how we should treat others, and how much we matter to God. They are currently in the first book of the Bible, Genesis.

Awana Clubs

Sunday School

Wednesdays 6:00-7:30 p.m.

Awana, for kids age 3-grade 6, reaches kids for Christ through fun, Scripture-rich experiences that lead them to know, love and serve Him.

There are three portions of the night for Clubbers:
1. Handbook Time

Clubbers memorize Scripture, read about characters, and learn the names of the books of the Bible. They are encouraged to learn what God's Word says, and there is always great reward for memorizing Scripture.

2. Game Time

Run...Pull...Hold on tight! Game time gets the wiggles out for sure. And, more importantly, team work and character building is emphasized. It's full of great excitement and fun.

3. Council Time

Leaders share Bible lessons with the Clubbers and  apply Scripture that the kids have memorized. Club songs and pledges are also a part of the evening.

Kids represent the greatest opportunity to make a long-term impact on our world for Christ. Ministry leaders and parents witness the profound impact Awana has in reaching kids with the gospel and watching them grow as long-term disciples. That’s why so many families and leaders have returned year after year, week after week, for more than three generations. Those kids who come to faith at an early age discover God’s purpose for their lives and hope for the future. We'd love to see your kids a part of Awana.

Kids are welcome to join at any time; clubbers can invite friends!
